We conclude each year with our highly anticipated Christmas Party — a radiant celebration of gratitude, generosity, and togetherness. This festive occasion brings our community together in an atmosphere of warmth and reflection, where laughter and shared memories fill the air. The evening features soulful carols, the delightful aromas of traditional dishes, and the cherished tradition of exchanging gifts. Beyond the festivities, we take a moment to honor individuals whose dedication and service have enriched our community throughout the year, reaffirming our collective spirit of unity and appreciation.
Our community has experienced remarkable growth over the past decade, highlighting the pressing need for a dedicated North West Community Centre. At present, we rely on other communities and rental facilities to host our monthly meetings and major events. Recognizing this challenge, the current leadership has prioritized developing strategic plans to launch fundraising and financing initiatives in 2026 toward establishing a permanent and dignified community space by 2028.

The North Westerners Community Center
North Westerners Community Scholarship
We firmly believe and remain deeply aware that many families lack the financial capacity to support their children through high school, college, or university. This reality inspired the creation of the North Westerners Community Scholarship Program. Our foremost priority is to provide educational opportunities to orphans and financially struggling families across Africa, fostering hope, empowerment, and a pathway toward a brighter and more equitable future.

Community Business Grants
Businesses are the cornerstone of resilient economies and catalysts for community empowerment. In this regard, the North Westerners Community envisions the establishment of a dedicated Business Grant Program aimed at supporting startups and emerging enterprises among its members. This initiative seeks to foster entrepreneurship, stimulate economic growth, and create sustainable opportunities that strengthen both individual livelihoods and the collective prosperity of our community.

H2O Action
H2O Action remains one of our longest-standing initiatives, dedicated to providing access to clean and drinkable water for our communities back home. Over the years, we have successfully constructed a borehole in Ndu Subdivision, Ndonga-Mantung Division of the North West Region. By 2026, we aim to implement similar projects in Wum, Njinikom, Santa, and beyond—where access to safe drinking water remains a pressing challenge in many areas of these communities. Truly, water is life.

Summer Computer training Bootcamps
Many villages remain excluded from the rapidly evolving world of technology, where computer science is rarely taught in schools. At the North Westerners Community, we envision a future where this digital divide is bridged, and access to technological knowledge becomes universal. By 2028, our goal is to sponsor intensive summer computer science training programs for young people in these communities, empowering them with skills to thrive in an increasingly digital world.
